Carnegie Mellon honors 149 students for academic excellence 

Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar (CMU-Q), a Qatar Foundation (QF) partner university, honored 149 students for academic excellence in the fall 2022 semester. The Dean’s List ceremony acknowledged the achievements of the students based on grades from the previous semester. 

The Dean’s List for the fall 2022 semester included 15 first-year students, 48 sophomore students, 43 junior students and 43 senior students. 

Michael Trick, dean of CMU-Q, said: “I am delighted to recognize the outstanding academic achievement of our students last semester. The Dean’s List ceremony is an important tradition at our university, where we recognize the focus and hard work of our highest achieving students. Congratulations to each of you named today.”
