Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar (CMU-Q) Business Administration alumnus H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal Al Thani (Business Administration 2011) has been named to CNBC Arabia’s Top 100 Leaders list. Serving as vice chairman and managing director of Aamal Company, he was recognized for his leadership, measurable economic impact, and strategic role in shaping the region’s private sector. The unranked list evaluates prominent executives across six Gulf countries and Egypt using criteria focused on financial performance, innovation, and corporate governance. 

Al Thani was appointed president of the CMU-Q Alumni Association earlier this year. CMU-Q is a Qatar Foundation partner university.
