CMU-Q has announced the four Qatar Campus Scholars for the Class of 2021. These students have distinguished themselves academically over their first three years at CMU-Q, and from these four students, two are also named Andrew Carnegie Society Scholars.

This year’s Qatar Campus Scholars are: Weilin Li, Muhammad Ahmed Zahid, Muhammad Ahmad Khan and Mohammad Shahmeer Ahmad. The Andrew Carnegie Society scholars are Mohammad Shahmeer Ahmad and Muhammad Ahmad Khan.

“Chosen from the senior class, the four selected students represent high standards of academic excellence at CMU-Q. In addition to their academic triumphs, the selected students are leaders within the community, are actively involved in student organizations and participate in sports or the arts,” said Selma Limam Mansar, senior associate dean for education at CMU-Q.

The Andrew Carnegie Society Scholar (ACS) is an annual award coming from main campus that is extended to two CMU-Q graduating seniors.
