As a CMU-Q student, you will spend a lot of time on campus attending class, studying, joining clubs, and eating in the food court. The CMU-Q building is a beautiful, inviting place to inspire you and foster creativity and collaboration.

Our building is a busy hub of learning, connecting, collaboration and recreation.

All of our programs are housed in the CMU-Q building, a beautiful structure by architect Legoretta + Legoretta. Our building is in Education City, which is home to partner universities, exceptional recreational facilities, a student center and first-class dormitories.

The stunning East West Walkway is three stories high and spans the length of the building. This is a crossroads for the community, and home to many activities and events.

The Assembly Area is an atrium at the heart of the building. On most days, the Assembly Area features majlis seating, where students meet, relax, and study. We also hold several large, formal events in this space, including the Graduation Ceremony.

The open and bright food court is the perfect space for unwinding between classes, grabbing lunch, and catching up on last minute reading and assignments.

Between the Food Court and the Assembly Area is the Mini Majlis, an open recreational space where students play table tennis, hold club events, and hold informal study sessions..

Open 24 hours a day, the CMU-Q Library is a place to collaborate, study, read and learn. Comfortable study spaces cater to different preferences, including individual carrels, group study rooms, and quiet nooks.

CMU-Q classrooms are where the learning happens. From large lecture halls to small seminar spaces, classrooms are equipped with the latest technology.

There are quiet study spaces all over campus. Students can find a variety of cozy nooks to prepare for class, meet for group projects, and complete complex assignments.
