About the lecture:
The new way of working is remote; working from home (WFH) has become the rule and is no longer the exception. Managers are faced with unique challenges to manage their teams in remote contexts. Establishing connections among team members and creating conditions for team performance have become increasingly complex. This session will provide attendees with current knowledge and insights on factors that contribute to how teams are managed and what enables teams to perform, including how to run effective team meetings.
