• exchange-1

Carnegie Mellon students in both Qatar and Pittsburgh can experience life on the other campus through the exchange program. Exchange students register for a semester at the other CMU campus, take courses that apply to their degrees and experience Carnegie Mellon from another perspective. Studying abroad is an opportunity to expand academic horizons and experience a different culture for a semester.

Joe Hill

Joe Hill

I chose to come to Qatar for my study abroad because I was looking to be challenged in the ways that I look at things. I would not trade this experience, the type of stories that I’ve heard, the friends I’ve made, the resources I have access to now. I don’t think anything more valuable has happened in my education.Joseph Hill, studied on the CMU-Q campus spring 2016
