CMU Connections: Doha Project

As part of virtual micro courses that will be taking place throughout the semester, Carnegie Mellon faculty will be giving virtual lectures open to the CMU-Q community. Dylan Vitone, Associate Professor, School of Design, Carnegie Mellon University will be speaking on his “Doha Project”.
Abstract:
An Associate Professor in the School of Design at CMU Pittsburgh, Dylan has been visiting our campus and Qatar for over a decade now. Most recently he has taught micro courses in fall 2019 and 2020. Along the way he has documented with his camera changes in the city of Doha as he experienced it. In this lecture he will be discussing some of his photographs and the story they tell of a place.
