The annual Alice Programming Competition, will take place on May 14, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar.

Alice 3 is an educational software that teaches middle and high school students programming in a 3D animated environment. In this competition, students will design and present Alice 3 animations and games under one of the following themes: Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Entrepreneurship, Crisis Management, Climate change, and Health.

During the competition day, students’ projects will be evaluated on the following: Creativity, Presentation, Visuals, Programming Components, and Video Enhancements.
