February 12: Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a methodology used by designers to solve complex problems, and find desirable solutions for clients. A design mindset is not problem-focused, it’s solution focused and action oriented towards creating a preferred future. Design Thinking draws upon logic, imagination, intuition, and systemic reasoning, to explore possibilities of what could be—and to create desired outcomes that benefit the end user (the customer).
February 14: Business Model Canvas
This workshop aims to analyze the business model canvas in order to understand its elements in designing and structuring the business idea to convert it to a proper feasible business plan.
February 19: Financial Planning
This workshop aims to introduce participants to Financial Statements, Sales Forecasting, Al-Fikra Financials Template, Financial Ratios, Financing and Measuring Internal Rate of Return.
February 21: How to successfully pitch your business plan in front of judges
This workshop aims to introduce participants to presentation skills, best way to summarize your idea and pitch it to your audience, Al-Fikra presentation template, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and practice speech.
