The final Bits & Bytes of the semester will feature CMU-Q alums Sabih Bin Wasi, Rukhsar Neyaz and Jiyda Moussa, the founders of ‘Metis'. The alums’ startup, was recently accepted into the prestigious Alchemist Accelerator program in Silicon Valley and was recognized at Qatar Science & Technology Park's Technovate. Read more here.

Qatar National Day

Ceremonial Court

Qatar National Day will be celebrated in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar and Northwestern University in Qatar. Sponsored by Qatar National Bank, the festivities will take place on the Ceremonial Court.

Alice Middle East will be showcased with interactive activities introducing elements of coding to children and adults. Tent timings: 8 am - 12 pm / 4 pm - 10 pm
