LeaderShape is a 6-day leadership conference connected students with their own passions and visions for their future and the future of their communities. The headquarters for LeaderShape, Inc. is in Champaign, Illinois. There are 8 summer sessions held at the (inter)national headquarters, and over 70 campuses have hosted their own conferences including Education City in March of 2007.

Each of the 6 days of the program have its individual theme, moving students through an introspective process towards formulating a personal vision and action plan:

  • DAY 1: "Building Community"
  • DAY 2: "The Value of One, The Power of All"
  • DAY 3: "Challenging What Is, Looking to What Could Be"
  • DAY 4: "Bringing Vision to Reality"
  • DAY 5: "Living and Leading with Integrity"
  • DAY 6: "Staying in Action"

By the closing day, students can walk away with a concrete way to transform their communities for the better.
