The following is a list of forms and documents relevant to student organizations.
- Recognition Application, for new organizations to obtain recognition and receive funding from Student Majlis & Student Activities
- StudentOrg RE-Recognition Application, for organizations to maintain recognition and receive funding from Student Majlis & Student Activities
- Special Allocation Application, for organizations and individuals to receive money for events during the school year after funds have been allocated through the initial funding and recognition process.
- Tartan Card Release Form:, must be filled out by the chief financial officer (treasurer, VP of Finance, etc.) of each club and turned into their Student Affairs advisor before being allowed to use the Tartan Card.
- Expense Form, required form for a student organization to spend money via Tartan Card, a purchase order, petty cash, or individual reimbursement
- CMU-Q Constitution Layout Guide, an example layout of a student organization constitution; use as a guide and reference when creating your organization's constitution.
- Constitution Checklist, a document from the Pittsburgh campus containing important ideas and information to consider when making your organization's constitution/bylaws
- Official Publicity Regulations & Guidelines, a document from CMU-Q's Marketing & PR office outlining appropriate use of Carnegie Mellon logos, graphics, and color palettes
