Qatar is close to lots of great places, and there are good package deals through the various airlines that fly through Doha. HR regularly sends out ads for vacation deals, or you can go to a travel agent, tell them what you want to do, and most likely they will be able to find a good deal on a package for you. There are several good travel agents to choose from, ask for recommendations from other employees.
