Qatar Natural History Group

The Qatar Natural History Group gathers for walks and talks on a wide variety of topics, including astronomy, camping, local flora and fauna. They tend to be most busy in the cooler months.

Annual membership costs QR20 per person, and there is an additional QR10 charge per vehicle for field trips. Membership expires annually on September 30th. Residents are required to become members before participating in activities. Visiters from overseas may be allowed to accompany groups as guests.

Meetings are held at DESS, usually on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm.

The Ramblers group organizes walks on most Fridays.
