There are a number of ways to get documents notarized in Doha.

The U. S. Embassy has someone available to notarize documents. For nearly any purpose, this will be sufficient. The service is available during normal drop in hours. As of this writing the hours are 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, or by appointment, but it would be wise to check with the Embassy before making the trip. The cost is $30 for the first seal, and $20 for each additional seal. Payment must be in cash, though Riyals are accepted and there is an ATM on the premises.

There are sometimes expat notaries in the Education City community; if you want to avoid the trip to the Embassy, you can ask around.
