In general you should plan on one day for every time zone you cross before you are really recovered from jet lag. Symptoms are tiredness during the days, sleeplessness during the nights, not being hungry at meal times, and being famished at odd hours. Sounds fun, right? You should make an effort to eat and sleep according to Doha time zone as then you will adjust more quickly. Sunlight and exercise also help reset your body clock. While you are dealing with jetlag you will probably be more irritable. We’ve all been there. Take your time.
