A men's barber style place at the shopping center at sloped roundabout. It's a place to get a cheap haircut, so long as you don't want anything fancy. There are 3 or 4 guys who work here, none of whom speak much English, and some of them are better cutters than others. No appointment is necessary; in fact, it's not clear that you could make an appointment if you wanted to. Just drop by sometime in the afternoon to late evening and you'll usually find someone free with little to no wait.

You can also get a straight edge shave here, if you wish. A shave and a haircut will run you about 30 QR, including a reasonable tip.
