City Center Mall is currently the largest mall in Doha. It houses Carrefour grocery store, an ice skating rink, a bowling alley, Doha's largest movie theater, and many many other stores, restaurants and recreational activities.
Parking is under the mall, but is severely inadequate for the amount of traffic the mall gets. Particularly if you are going on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday late afternoon to evening, parking will almost certainly be an aggravating experience, with much chaos in the lot and many other frustrated drivers. You may wish to consider carpooling or taking a cab.
If you do drive there, when you park you'll likely be offered a car wash.
