Are soya sauce (carbs 1g and sugars 1g) and pecaagkd stir fry seasoning (carbs 4g and sugars 2g) all right to use? I am new at this and being ultra careful. Also, I always have a hard time figuring out what spices to use for a stir fry, so until now I have always used the pecaagkd variety. I`m avoiding them now, but my cooking is suffering!!! Thanks for your help.
