Counseling Services:
Our one-on-one counseling offers you an opportunity to talk privately about personal, academic, and other concerns in a safe, confidential setting. Some common concerns students seek counseling for include, but not limited to:
- Depression
- Academic Difficulties
- Sleep Issues
- Relationship Problems
- Coping with Stress and Anxiety
- Diversity and Cultural Differences
- Addictions
- Eating and Body Image Concerns
- Grief or Loss
- Adjustment to University Life
We are here to talk with you about anything that is significant to you.
There is no charge to seek counseling services through our office for CMUQ students.
Confidentiality: Every student's sense of privacy is important to us. We do not release your personal counseling information without written consent, except in emergency situations where information is needed to protect health and safety.
