CrashPlan Help & Advice

In case of any incident or problems with your existing CrashPlan PRO Account, please send an e-mail to the IT Service Desk helpcenter@qatar.cmu.edu and include:

  • A description of the incident (Provide as much detail as possible including time and location).
  • Computer platform you are using (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.);
  • Web browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc. Please include version);
  • Whether this is your personal device or a CMU-Q Computing Services provided computer.

Knowing the above details early, will ensure we can resolve your matter efficiently and effectively.

CMU-Q Computing Services is pleased to provide the CrashPlan service, and offers support for requests and incidents from 8am - 5pm Sun - Thurs and 24/7 service up-time unless otherwise indicated.  For all service calls please direct them to the IT Service Desk at helpcenter@qatar.cmu.edu or by calling +974-445-48440 externally, or 48440 internally.
