CMU-Q Computing Services is pleased to announce the availability of Blackboard 9 for your review and testing. You can login to the new Blackboard 9 server by clicking on "Login to Blackboard Learn" in the navigation pane on the left, and using your existing credentials. Our intention, unless we uncover critical problems, is to use Blackboard 9 for all classes in Spring semester 2012.

Please note that Blackboard 8 is still the version that should be used to support your Fall '11 courses. Courses for Spring semester should be created on the new Blackboard 9 server. If you have existing courses that you would like to move to the new server, please refer to the instructions at the end of this announcement or contact the Help Center at helpcenter@qatar.cmu.edu and we will be glad to assist you.

To assist you in testing out the new server, we have added your Fall '11 courses to the Blackboard 9 server, but we have not moved any course content to the new server.
