Pittsburgh to Doha

Students from the Pittsburgh campus are invited to apply to study in Qatar for the Fall or Spring semesters.

Applications are due to OIE Pittsburgh for the Fall semester by February 28 and by October 15 for the Spring semester.

Immigration Checklist

In order to study and live in Qatar, you are required to obtain a residence permit. Please scan and email copies of the requested documents so that our office can process your visa. All documents must be received at least 6 weeks prior to your departure for Qatar. 

• Visa Application Form (click on link below)
• Color copy of your passport

The following documents can be obtained upon arrival in Qatar.

• Two passport-sized photos with a non-white background
• Document that states your blood type (from hospital or clinic)

Campus Housing

Housing applications will be available via an online system. In order to gain access to this system, you must submit a request of your intention to apply for housing (see the Housing Application Request Form link below). 

Final approval for housing will be granted to students who have complied with the health & wellness requirements.  Please be sure to submit your medical history form and proof of insurance as soon as possible.  Any delay in submitting this information will negatively impact your ability to secure campus housing.
