The office of Personal Development at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar offers you the opportunity to talk about personal and/or academic concerns in a safe, confidential setting. Students come to the Office of Personal Development for many reasons including, but not limited to:
- Problems with family, friends or school
- Concerns about the future
- Feelings of stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression or loneliness
The Office of Personal Development is here to talk with you about anything that is significant to you.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. We do not release personal information without your written consent, except in emergency situations where information is needed to protect your health and safety. Appointments can be made over the phone or in person with Jumana Al-Abdi.
